The project required the design and construction supervision for the expansion of the existing refractories plant for the manufacture of monolithics products. Significant features include the installation of materials conveyors, dust collectors, skip hoist, bucket elevators, bar screen, chute hood, and duct with a control room for the computerized operation of the plant.

Tupperware Manufacturing Plant

3 Salcedo Place Condominium
Location: Salcedo Village, Makati City

A condominium of two towers (A and B) resting on a four-storey podium, and four levels of basement parking. The total enclosed built-up area is approximately 57,000 sq.m. exclusive of the basement parking. Tower A with 25-storey and Tower B with 30-storey are both for residential uses.
TCGI provided construction management services including progress monitoring, technical assistance and project post-evaluation.
Asia Tower
Location: Cagayan de Oro City Mindanao Phil.

A 26-storey office residential condominium located beside the Asian Institute of Management, and is accessible to the various commercial and office buildings in Makati. The ground and 2nd floors are designated as office spaces, while the 5th up to the 24th floors have typical residential units. Special units (loft type) are available from levels 19 to 24.
