It is the policy of the Organization to provide products and services with world-class quality delivered on time all the time in conformance with stated customer requirements.
All operations, processes and activities shall be carried out as described in the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Work Instructions. Deviation from these procedures must be first notified to the Quality Manager. The President is responsible for the final approval of all changes to procedures prior to implementation.
The Organization’s Quality Management System shall be reviewed on a periodic basis to ensure continuing suitability to Customer requirements and all parties concerned.
It is part of the Organization’s training program that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the Organization.
