The Chairman and the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively, are major stockholders of the Company. Outside of them, the other officers are the remaining shareholders. Since TCGI was founded, nobody outside the organization has owned a stock as a matter of policy.

TCGI Engineers has two technical groups which jointly represent about 85 percent of the Company’s total manpower complement which reached its peak prior to the Asian financial crisis in 1997 with a staff size of about 800.

The Design Group consists of general Civil-Transport, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary and Environmental Engineering Sections. The Company also maintains an Architectural Section to complement its engineering workforce.  A pool of specialty consultants is at hand to handle project components that require fields of expertise not normally needed for run-of-the-mill project requirements.

The Project/Construction Management Group is in-charge of project management tasks for design and construction management projects. It also handles the Cost Engineering Section.

Each of the two technical groups is managed by a Group Head to whom his respective Section Heads and Project Managers are accountable.
