TCGI Engineers, in its commitment to achieve world-class quality for services it offers to Customers, established a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of International Organization for Standardization. The first certificate that was for ISO 9001:2000 Certification was awarded to the company by TÜV Product Service Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. in December 2001.

TCGI Engineers is the first engineering services firm in the Philippines to be certified for the ISO 9001:2008 version in the field of “Multi-Discipline Engineering Consulting Services”.  With the ISO 9001:2008 QMS, quality service is assured as a way of achieving Total Customer Satisfaction. The QMS also includes a mechanism for continual improvement to keep the company abreast with the rapid development of technology and its continuing suitability to Customer requirements and that of other concerned parties.
